  1. Quite bluntly l simply can't afford to have a new car . My cousin gifted me his 2003 Citroen as he had to return to the states . The Berlingo 1.4 petrol costs £1 per day in road tax .....no doubt l will be penalised extra vehicle road tax on every renewal
