Thanks for the reassurance Colin and will note the two month deadline as an indicator as had just bet £50 with my daughter that we will still be reeling from this in 5 years time. Personally, being a miserable twat, I see this as the end of the UK on any sort of world platform for the foreseable future. The company I work for has lost an significant order already from Europe (The client was as surprised as we were that this had actually happened), on the morning we voted out, and the prospect of a stagnating UK economy for the next few years (at least) will probably lose me my job, and many more people. I take it we are still uncertain as to what BMW, Airbus, Nissan are all going to do so the possibility of a mass skill migration and massive unemployment is certainly on the cards. Perhaps we can build tanks and warships so we can defend our border when world war 3 kicks off in a few years if Europe breaks down completely.. Alright, a little melodramatic, but all a little more possible now than they seemed when I went to bed thursday night having voted remain and thought to myself, surely the rest of my fellow citizens will not be so reckless. I have felt right from the start, Cameron should never have offered referendum, as I for one, certainly did not feel qualified to decide on something I had barely considered before, despite my grade D history O level and having watched 'World at War' end to end at least a 100 times... It has to be said, I'm 52 and I thought I had seen some crazy shit in my life including the demise of UK manufacturing, the Thatcher years, the previous and current middle east crisis's, 911 and Putins latest antics, but never have I seen anything as fucked up as this. The problems with the world, are far greater than the petty, ridiculous considerations for voting out, and overpopulation, global warming, religion and increasingly shifting population movement will not be helped one iota by us being out of any global collaberation (i.e. Europe)Still, on the bright side, at least we got rid of Cameron and the entire labour party. At least Boris will make us laugh. Perhaps he will slip on a wet plank or ride boris bike off a cliff for charity. Thanks for the counselling session, much better now
