If the west sends ordinary people back to the stone age, then this is a declaration of war from the West to Russia and a national security issues on top of trying to install nukes at Russia's front door by having Ukraine join NATO. (Just like the USSR wanted to install nukes in Cuba at US front door). This is a witch hunt against the Russians. Only aggressiveness from the West.
