@reksfoleur859 I disagree. It's problematic not to question it. You obviously can be German if you grew up there, went to schools, have embraced the culture etc. But to forget or deliberately ignore your roots is insulting towards your roots. By asking that you remind others that their roots are elsewhere. You remind them to accept and embrace their roots. That even if they are 100% German in spirit, in body they aren't and it's important to not forget that. Many ask that for racist reasons but many also ask that for the reason I described here. And the culture that everything is problematic needs to stop. It's really gone too far
