As a carnivore/keto dieter, I completely agree. Anything that is ultra processed, whether meat or anything else, cut it from your life

@wctravel6043 insulin bumping is a good thing. It keeps your metabolism fit and able to regulate the levels. Sugar abuse can lead to diabetes. Eating healthy unprocessed veggies and fruits is healthy. Also extreme keto (for someone that's not diabetic) can lead to diabetes because the body's starved from carbs and if they are someday after years introduced the body will have forgotten how to manage them. General rule is to avoid both extremes and that balance is key
