@StEvEn420BrUlE Play with the words as much you like. The killing is all the same. Miscarriage out of an accident or a reason that overcomes our power and that didn't happen because we induced it willingly is totally different and it makes no sense to bring that up or compare it with abortion

You are contradicting yourself. First of all saying its ok to believe in abortions is like saying it's ok to believe in murder. Secondly killing your own child or refusing to discuss it with your partner is literally pushing your belief onto others. And for the baby your belief costs it it's life

Mental gymnastics. This scenario makes no sense. If I was a sperm donor and you got pregnant from it, that means you wanted to be pregnant. Why would you have an abortion? It's only an excuse to avoid admitting that I am right. And I am talking about a scenario where the girl/girlfriend/wife gets pregnant from the lover/boyfriend/husband and he wants to keep it and she wants to abort it. The man has 50% say in this decision and every right to keep it (and is morally obligated to do so just like the mother cause we are talking about human life) and take care of it even if the mother abandons it. And don't worry, the feelings are mutual, I wouldn't touch someone that views murder as contraception either

@Kytti-not-kitty Hard to say honestly. For me it's a morally gray area. I think that's how it is for people that use logic and for those that base their morality on religion. For religious people: it's a sin to discard embryos since it zygote was formed, so it can develop into a human. It's the first human cell. So throwing it away is like abortion. On the other hand fertility clinics do that in order to help couples that can't normally get a baby to get a baby. And religion says people should multiply so fertility clinics are discouraged and encouraged by religion at the same time. For people that base their morality purely on biological evidence, we could say that the zygote is just a cell and it doesn't feel any pain. The heart starts to form first of all other organs in order to supply blood to the entire forming body. The heart starts forming after the 21st day of pregnancy. So in theory until then one could say that it's not immoral to abort since it's just a formation of cells. Those are my thoughts. I don't have a clear answer to that

@lauraann1 I labeled, criticized and explained/ pointed out some crazy things I heard from other people. I don't know if this is judgement but even if it is, I did so because as you said, I am not perfect and thus prone to judging others. But I tell you one thing, I don't believe all sins are equal in the eyes of the lord. Otherwise there wouldn't be the term of eternal sin when you blaspheme the holy spirit. Besides that I simple white lie can't be seen as equal as killing a human being. Also I am pretty sure there are countless examples in the bible where it's explicitly stated that not all sins are equal. And even if it is that way, I am not that religious to adopt that mindset. For me personally not all sins are equal and some have heavier consequences than others. In the end God will give everyone of us the final judgement so it doesn't really matter what my judgement is of other people.

@Siana-2103 Well a man can't get pregnant but even if we assume that to be the case then the woman would totally have a 50% say in what the man can do with his own body. Also it's typical behavior of someone spreading missinformation to accuse the other one of spreading it
