  1. I guess that's what the Japanese praise in overworking. The love they have for their work. Atleast this guy. And I admire and respect their perseverance and their stamina. Those are things you can praise about overworking. The induce a sense of deep respect in me. That being said I agree that overworking needs to stop. Most people even in Japan are miserable from overworked, their body could collapse at any moment and they can't spend time with their families. So yeah, I agree that it shouldn't be encouraged. Just that is had its admirable aspects
