  5. ''The patriarchy is a system of power in which men have the power... so no it shouldn't be polished because then women would continue to not have power??''------ Disagree here because if the patriarchy gets polished to perfection, then the women will have more power than they could ever have with feminism. Patriarchy shouldn't be the system where men abuse their power but use it for good. Patriarchy is Greek word coming from patris+archi which means father+rule. What it is supposed to be is a system where men love, provide, advise and protect the women with the same love a father has towards his daughter. It should be absolute benevolent love. Of course no system will ever be perfect and have no flaws. Even feminism brought in a reality where it empowered men to transition to women and then take every sport awards away from real women. Feminism creates a world were women live under the tyranny of men that identify as women. With patriarchy that would never happen out of true respect towards our women. ''The traits associated with masculinity aren't hardwired into the male brain, they are also largely social. If you'd like to look into that I would advise finding an anthropological metastudy on the subject.''------I don't know but this gives me woke pseudoscience vibes. I might check it out but I doubt I will be convinced. ''So many men's rights organizations or movements I've seen tend to focus on returning to traditional values and how much women suck rather than uplifting men and enabling them to succeed in the modern world''----- Maybe that's true, but maybe it's just a vocal minority that gives the impression of focusing on how much women ''suck''. I watched a documentary some months ago called The Red Pill and it didn't seem to advertise any hate towards women. On the rest I completely agree with you

  9.  @killingmuffins  God is this reply full of baseless assumptions. I said I will read the research but with critical thinking. Most research coming from woke/leftist institutions are known to be flawed and unreliable. ''You don't think coddling boys and the "boys will be boys" mentality, while treating girls like adults and setting unrealistically high expectations changes their behaviors? You think boys were born not wanting to do chores, clean up after themselves, and even maintain personal hygiene? What evolutionary purpose does it serve to be helpless and incapable?'' Did you even read my comments? That's not patriarchy, it's the opposite of patriarchy, it's the weak men feminism and modernity encourages. A true masculine man cares for himself, his hygiene, helps his wife with chores, gets things done. Men like that can only be cultivated in a true patriarchy and feminism makes sure this doesn't happen. Feminism needs men to be all the things you described. The boys will be boys mentality is toxic and has nothing to do with patriarchy and masculinity. It's the same as I said previously. A real father raises his son to be a honorable productive member of society and would be highly critical of not disciplining a boy for doing something morally wrong. Feminism on the other hand encourages it. Both Genders need to be treated like adults after a certain point. Stop spouting lies about having high expectations for women but not for men. In patriarchy the man is the first that will enforce high standards to the boys ''Children's brains are very plastic and impressionable'' Yeah, so let's brainwash and groom them in our progressive ways as long as their young right?
