  2.  @BigFella117  the worst part of it is the pain by the way. There are moments where you may get hit in the leg with a foot or a ball. You may also get hit in the stomach as well.

  5.  @BigFella117  that's not good. Personally what I do , I take something with me if I do a 3 mile bike ride. When I eat , I try to take 30 minute breaks just so I can have time .
