  1. I just started doing tax deeds through online auctions and have been wholesaling for quite a profit and not much headache. My goal is to get into a rhythm of buying 1-2 a month and living overseas. I put each property under it’s own LLC and put them under a foundation then make myself an employee of the foundation and I pay little to no tax that way. So that’s how I’m trying to set up my future because I should be typing this from a beach in Pattaya instead of Oklahoma.
