  3. Danielle N because what’s bad for one person may not be bad for someone else. If someone wants it regardless of the side effects, we live in a capitalistic society and they should be able to get what they pay for. Educating me that there is a pot hole in the street is one thing. Banning me from driving down that street altogether is an entirely different thing.
