  2. Matthew evans I think it’s much bigger than food stamps and bank bailouts. That’s not the issue. Poverty could be ended in this country with a fraction of what we spend on the military. So that being said, why isn’t it? There’s a reason. There’s a reason banks get bailouts. Everything has a reason so I just try and stick with the reasons behind why people derived at decisions to make food stamps and bail out banks and subsidize programs or switch from gold standards or whatever it may be. My personal opinion doesn’t matter so much and honestly I don’t have one. I just try and pay attention.
