  1. This is a sad case. A life has been taken, even by accident, she still has to be accountable. My heart goes out to both families. ❤️ Question: I’m an Aussie so just asking about the American CJS. Why can a person be found guilty of 2 different degrees of manslaughter? If people get charged with Murder, doesn’t a jury have to pick 1st degree or 2nd? Due to the intent factor? I’m just curious as to how or why that works with Manslaughter? 🤔
