  3. I have lost 50kg on my own by eating meat, salad and veggies. I would have a splurge day once every fortnight otherwise you will go crazy for pizza or sugar treats but kept it to a minimum. I also joined a gym. I had so much energy, it was incredible. I actually had to put 4 kgs back on as my face was so gaunt. This was a great panel that actually talked without yelling over each other. The book guy liked to have more of a say than the others. I wouldā€™ve liked to have heard more from Dr Fung and Dr Seigel as they have a lot more knowledge than Johann. I applaud both women for talking so open and honestly about their own health issues and struggles. I also am treated with a lot of Prednisone so I understand the effects it has on your body and weight fluctuations. Thank you Piers for putting this great panel together.

It was Musharraf al-Masri, who said in 2006, ā€œThe citizens will continue defending their pride and houses and will continue to serve as human shields until the enemy withdraw.ā€ The OP also states that other Hamas leaders have said things that have implied a human shield strategy, but generally not using this exact phrase. I did not confuse the two. I knew I had seen it, in just needed the time to find it.

You know billboards are for advertising and they had your Instagram links not a slogan that said ā€œLetā€™s talk about itā€. So Eliza you have no credibility. Lauren Chen, you made your points gracefully. Young girls already have a hard time growing up to unrealistic standards of photoshopped women in magazines. Now hereā€™s one popping up locally! Richard has already spoken out and said that no charges were filled and she didnā€™t go to jail.   28. I have heard NSW Police are going through the footage of the hateful protesters in Sydney calling for ā€œgassing the Jewsā€ and other terrible statements. It was an X earlier. It makes me sick that people could celebrate the rape, torture and murder of children, teens, women, elderly and any civilian. If they are celebrating terroristic behaviour and taking glee in anotherā€™s agony then they are evil. My heart goes out to the children, women and elderly on the Palestinian side as well. All I was saying was in this day and age of cancel culture, I admire Sean for standing up for his beliefs. This is because they are controversial. Actors can be cancelled and lose work because of a political/gender or war statement these days. Comedians get cancelled for jokes. So I was keeping it simple because I do not have the knowledge that you possess and are very passionate about. I admire that about you even though I donā€™t know you. I do know Trudeau must go! Heā€™s become a dictator in Canada taking away their free speech when it comes to Transgender people. They seem to run Canada!   38. He was sacked in 2004 for the publication of supposedly fake photos. Back then The Mirror and Piers sat on those photos for 3 months while they were investigating the stories of abuse of civilian detainees. The photos were even shown to the Ministry of Defence for confirmation. The Ministry did not believe they were fake at all. So they were published. After some time there were allegations that the photos were faked and The Daily Mirror had been hoaxed. An apology from the paper was issued but not from Piers who was fired. Hereā€™s what else happened. There was a Royal Investigation into the issue of British and other soldiers abusing civilian Iraqi detainees. Several were court-martialled and found guilty. It was happening. As for the original photos that were meant to be fake, no one has ever proven this claim. No one has ever been charged either. In 2004 it wouldā€™ve been more difficult to prove or disprove but Iā€™m sure theyā€™d be able to tell using todayā€™s technology. I thought Iā€™d put the facts in because they shed a different light than a couple of sentences. I donā€™t blame Piers for not apologising. He had the photos confirmed by the Ministry of Defence and still to this day no one can authenticate a fake. šŸ˜€

Nobody to this day has ever been charged for the ā€œfakeā€ photos. Nobody has ever proven if they were fake or not until this day. Go look for yourselves.
