I have lost 50kg on my own by eating meat, salad and veggies. I would have a splurge day once every fortnight otherwise you will go crazy for pizza or sugar treats but kept it to a minimum. I also joined a gym. I had so much energy, it was incredible. I actually had to put 4 kgs back on as my face was so gaunt. This was a great panel that actually talked without yelling over each other. The book guy liked to have more of a say than the others. I would’ve liked to have heard more from Dr Fung and Dr Seigel as they have a lot more knowledge than Johann. I applaud both women for talking so open and honestly about their own health issues and struggles. I also am treated with a lot of Prednisone so I understand the effects it has on your body and weight fluctuations. Thank you Piers for putting this great panel together.
