  6. Supermarkets opened an hour earlier for the elderly, disabled and vulnerable and every fit person abused it. "A didny git ma breed yesterday am wantin' ma breed" My whole stomach sank, I physically cant walk round a supermarket and rely on home delivery and they’re all booked up. Every one who is out panic buying are the ones fit enough to shake this virus off. Please think of the elderly & disabled. John Campbell 🙏🏼 thank you.

  8.  @author505  nor me, Food is medicine. I’m looking into gut bacteria atm and how a wide variety of different foods might be the answer to a better immune system. Im eating sugar less and less ok the downside is I love savoury but I’m packing in lots more veg. ( can you tell that you’re the only intelligent person I’ve talked to for months on youtube 🤣🤣) Stay safe x
