  1. I’m so grateful that the UK has stricter guide lines as to what can be put in our food. McDonalds USA fries have 14 ingredients, the UK equivalent have just 4. I only have white sugar in my house for guests tea & coffee. I don’t even use it in baking any more. We were poor as kids and ate what ever we were given but I’m lucky that I don’t like sweet food. Its never too late, start using food as medicine, your body will thank you and you’ll live longer.

  3. ..but you get abuse for any reason at all being thin, being tall, short, being disabled, having a big nose or red hair. Its not just the overweight that get abuse from strangers sadly its anyone who just looks a bit different.

  4. Fluff Ball Its unbelievable!! If we didn’t have junior doctors we'd never have senior doctors, surgeons and anaesthetists. Its like a driving test you truly learn to drive through the experiences you encounter after your test. Im often called upon as 'exhibit A' during students exams. I know there and then if they’re going to pass, when they guess my illness correctly.

  8. Tell me how can you drink soda or wine with meals? (If you do) so your chomping down on chunky cod, tartar sauce and fries, how is adding fizzy orange juice to the mix going to make it better? Every mouthful over-powered by red or white wine? No, I can only drink water. Would you pour wine or juice all over a meal? Its the same concept. I know I’m in the minority but just think about it 👍🏻

  9. Simon Cowell can snap up a great singer when he hears one but cant sing a note. The doctor never said she was the perfect weight and is probably on a diet that suits her lifestyle.

  12. Tanja Hermann All the mother’s should be losing weight alongside the kids ( only saying mothers as I didn’t see many fathers) This should be classed as child abuse. Totally the parents fault.

  13. Julia Beautifully said. What do they think is going to happen when you end a 'slimming diet'? You’ll gain all the weight back. Its a 'healthy eating' diet people need to be on for life. This should be taught at schools I think. Disordered eating...I like that!

  15. Someone I knew in Scotland spent all his money on weed and abused every food bank he could. There needs to be more restrictions so that the donated food goes to families who are really in desperate need and not those who claim benefit and get stoned playing xbox all day while pleading poverty.

  16. I completely blame her parents, she’s never had a strawberry...NEVER? What a shame, what else did she not experience as a kid? building a tent from a sheet..skimming pebbles how could you not share a sliced nectarine with your 2 year old?

  21. We have it in the UK that includes Scotland and Wales not just England. The National Health Service is a fantastic service meaning you get free hospital care, operations, doctors appointments etc The only problem patients seem to grumble about is the waiting time for treatment. It has nothing to do with the police or fire department it’s a "Health Service" ...I don’t know what Joanne keeling it talking about!

Ignore those who are not on your wavelength, I'd personally rather be alone than have 'friends' that stress me out. I'm old and still under weight, Ive learned to accept it because theres absolutely nothing I can do about it.🤪
