  5. Aside from animal planet these are the first instances of going woke and going broke. Especially mtv and 'syfy'. Real history is very pushed down today or even rewritten, and real scifi is even more put down and syfy became the exact opposite. Mtv made the headbangers cut their hair and it was not long before they were pushing all the rock and metal out completely even though it was the most popular, then just get rid of music completely. All the same garbage happened in china decades ago culture just wiped clean.
