There's many problems with barbarossa especially the infrastructure but the main issue is the only real chance of victory was to take both moscow and leningrad in 1941 but they decided to bypass leningrad instead of invading the city while they could have, and moscow was not even originally an objective at all. So the plan was just doomed from the start and ridiculous for those reasons.
