  1. That''s very interesting. Asimov is a little pretentious at times but in 2024 this quote is looking very prophetic. With the kind of weird way technology and politics have gone off the rails it looks very much like this place won't last. Of course I am not sure if even USA is going to last at this point, vanishing in a puff of smoke seems more likely if the corruption and incompetence doesn't take a hard 180 very soon.
