It only takes a handful of survivors. In reality the deaths were probably mostly the starved people who ate a mostly wheat diet and not much nutrition or vitamins.

@grovermartin6874 Yeah it's amazing when we look at history, which is why I love it so much. But it must have been very mystifying to them to have people suddenly falling over dead as they did from The Sweats for example. And absolutely terrifying.

Probably not as bad as it seems. The people in london would come from all over europe and would not have local immunities. That is another reason the towns would have done much better.

It's the worst plague ever because it doesn't kill white christians and that makes the powers that be so mad.

@NicolinaDanielle No it's when all the bus drivers and fast food workers and care home providers have already had it, then it stops getting to the vulnerable at all.

@OmmerSyssel I went to grad school for years and years dummy. Sweden had tons of starvation, more than anywhere in europe. Duh.

@hannahdyson7129 There's something called selection bias especially in this age when most people died of bacterial infection. Being young and seeming to be fine also does not mean you have a good diet. Most people at this time were on the brink of starving and starvation death was very common (bloody flux).

Even monty python could not tell the real horrors of a lot of the medieval era, though it was also much more advanced than most people think as well.

Try red light therapy for your headaches. The sun itself does most of the work not the vitamin d but the nonUV spectrum of light. D will also help but much less than some suggest.
