  1. Cream is very good for you that's why you should eat real ice cream. Custard is also good. Fake foods with fake fats are unhealthy. Sugar is got good for you but all the other nonsense is worse, especially veg oil. Fat also blunts the insulin response which keeps you from bingeing as much when you have a desert.
