@chrish1564 Thank you for the support! Hope the links are interesting.

Fasting will also help a great deal. Fasting and a ketogenic carnivore diet will have amazing results. ALL mental illness has significant neuroinflammation involvement.
2
Some fasting can help in the long run with heartburn, which comes from gut disbiosis. If you get heartburn during fast some acv + potassium can help, adjust as needed. Some taurine will help with the hernia I take 6g a day.

I have to wonder if it's less genetics and more the diet. Lots of the world eats a ton of rice and beans and other carb heavy foods, not to mention lots of vegetable oils. Most people when they don't eat much meat their main fat source will be vegetable oils.

Billions of dollars is spent by big business promoting bad info to doctors, government and schools. That's why you can't just eat from the government Poison Pyramid and be healthy, and why people are so confused.

@brianpan6453 But you know better thanks for saving us from wrong information not approved by corporate america.

You need to get fat out of the liver, this is what causes high blood sugar. With diet alone this can take many months or even years, or even never. Some fasting will get it out quickly. You also need choline in the diet, though.

@Rileyed Glad you enjoyed it!

@danieltudi592 I'm more than happy to do so!

Oncologists do, so does wikipedia and every medical book.
2
@nefertitib4313 you won't be hungry if you eat low carb and do it regularly
2
You can also eat at breakfast or lunch or both, probably more like what our ancestors did.

@malindadenlinger882 Certainly!

@ashishpateriy335 It will reverse it in most cases quickly. If your beta cells don't work well it can reverse that too but more slowly.
2
@sergiomarcano9697 You can!

@kokomoko6162 If you had it you would already know it and be on medication. I just put that on there otherwise idiots will complain I didn't put it on there every single time I post. 72h is long enough for most purposes and most things that occur get easier every time you fast. If you aren't dizzy or feel like you might pass out you are probably fine to keep going. For digestion issues you can experiment with taking some vinegar while fasting, or some potassium bicarbonate. A half teaspoon of potassium bicarb in water every day you fast will lower stomach acid and alkalize the body. Just be careful with your teeth and use a straw. Otherwise, you can just restart and do a new fast, or even eat one low carb meal and go right back in to fasting. In animal studies they have had animals live their whole lives fasting back to back and they only got benefits.

@Mac-u2n it will help a great deal

They stuff them full of sugar in the hospital and it takes on average 3 months in the hospital to get t2 diabetes. The traditional broth given before big pharm came along worked much better and few people died of sniffles. Spanish Flu deaths were 100% caused by incompetent doctor care taking down fever with mass doses of aspirin. It is now proven the same flu had struck a century earlier and caused little problem. But thanks for your opinion based on nothing. @PardieDiem

Guess what the main source of sugar in the body is? Fat, especially from the glycerol backbone. And your body mainly burns fat in mitochondria. When you eat sugar most of it just gets transformed to triglycerides by the liver. @BuddhatheBlackDog

Thanks for the support! @DjOutlaw235

That's great! @leahparsons7907

Thanks so much for the kind words! @iamkerenlouise

Yes, very true. Without oxygen mitochondria cannot function and they die. Things like red light therapy help with cancer and that is the mechanism.
1
@stephencronin1080 Because it releases succinate in fat cells, that causes them to create more mitochondria. If you want to know more look it up

Interesting! @jimig399

@Lavica369 You're welcome!

If you do you will cost too much money, corporations and government want more profitable citizens. But they don't realize the medical costs will drag the whole economy into a black hole and everyone will suffer, including them.

ha! Good point.
