  4. calorie counting is pure bs, your body ups your metabolism over time or turns it down based on how much you eat. And he'd never eat 20,000 calories unless he had a disorder. He would lose a ton of weight. But fasting that long you have to be careful what you eat when you do eat or you will drop dead. Basically little or no carbs. So this is pretty much a suicide diet as described since the other 6 days are basically fasting.

  5. Posh accents at least as seen here are wholly made up radio/tv inventions. No one naturally spoke like that until very recently. There are some really posh accents that are natural, some of my professors had them and it is great to listen to but hard to describe.
