  1. Was coughing like crazy Friday night so I fasted for 36 hours now it's completely gone. This is a miracle cure for viruses because it shuts down the ribosomes in your cells, which is the part of the cell the virus uses to reproduce. It also makes your immune system more active.

  6. @barbara henninger The cdc is absolutely worthless waste of money. Masks cost 13 cents in bulk and they have gotten over a trillion over their lifetime and they could not even bother to stock some masks up. Giving them or the WHO money is tantamount to lighting it on fire.

  12. We will anyway but not til we have millions of cases. At any rate assume it's everywhere and avoid doctors, if you have it just quarantine self until you need a hospital for pneumonia. Otherwise you will just spread it to others and pick up other diseases yourself.

I've been fasting for years and studying it obsessively and seeing the results in people over and over and some dumbass comes and says it's all wrong after five minutes LOL

  18. @Rushan Taylor You don't need to do anything special for a shorter fast of 36 hours. I don't recommend longer fasts for most people. If you are still sick then do another fast after you eat.

Guess what those do. They are the thing that viruses use to reproduce. It works much BETTER with viruses than bacteria, not worse lol Knowledge of autophagy is very new, and that video is 4 years old, it is probably based on 'knowledge' from the 70s.

  26. You get 20,000 units from half an hour of sun exposure or something like that. You don't want more than 20,000 a day average over time but can take more short term. The reason they worry about vitamin d toxicity is that in the old studies they used vitamin d2 which is very toxic.

  30. It's going to be the worst one since smallpox. Western governments are so corrupt and industry so gutted spending money on this is just useless. People can only count on themselves to get through it, especially now that it's broken out. All they really need which can realistically be produced is large quarantine hospital areas using tents anyway. Too late to make large amounts of antibiotics and ventilators and so on.
