  1. You can't be high in vitamin D when your insulin is high, all the vitamin D is locked up in your fat cells. That is why it is hard to get it up through supplements. Fasting and a diet that provokes less insulin response will reverse it and the older you get the more of an issue it is.

  2. They literally go off checklists. In the old days doctors would lose their license for this.
