  1. They don;t work in people in their 80s because their immune system is shot. There is literally no point to them unless the rate of spread is very low, otherwise herd immunity through vaccination is totally impossible. And almost everyone had had it by now anyhow making it even more pointless.

  2. It's easy when a few billionaires who own most of big pharm also own the media and give the campaign money that determines who gets elected, and fund election 'reform' just to make sure no honest candidates make it through.
