You can undo any damage with some extended fasting, phototherapy, taurine and glycine and some methylene blue. Just one 72h fast will undo much of the critical damage your immune system may have and will release stem cells to make new T cells. Otherwise you may see symptoms years later like autoimmune disease and cancer. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.
