Least scottish guy I have seen, and 'ulster scots' are a whole other thing than scottish or irish anyway. Yes Risher is a very british name. It sounds harsh but I kind of agree with the guy. The grandkid was a pretty useless druggie already, and also if you start forking out ransom money left and right it does encourage that sort of thing.
