  1. Umbrella is a complaint against 'appeasement' due to "peace in our time" "collaboration" by Chamberlain - an accusation of being an antisemite. This is what the guy who claims to be this fellow says, anyway. Probably because Kennedy wanted nuclear facilities in Israel (and everywhere else) inspected by UN to make sure no uranium is enriched. The fact that everyone runs off screaming except that guy and a few other suspicious characters is very striking.
