  1. I doubt you could kill a kid in a residential neighborhood if you are going the speed limit, sober and paying even just a little attention to the road. I was hit at under 25mph a couple times on my bike by bad drivers as a kid and did not even need medical care.

  2. Yeah you can technically die from just a slip but I see people racing through the neighborhood all the time even though children are everywhere and I am sure it's the same most places. @sleep3417

  3. How did his head get smashed at 25mph? I have seen people hit at 50 mph that did not die or come close. Even if the guy had his eyes closed and only braked when he felt a bump it would be unlikely a 25mph hit would be lethal. Clearly a lot of bsers in here who want to paint a rosy picture in a very suspicious circumstance. @ryancialone3045
