  1. I don't think the police were to blame at all. I also don't think it should be legal just look what a farce california has become. Having it decriminalized would have been better now we have constant ads pushing this garbage and no it's not harmless. The only thing I don't like is the fortfeiture laws which are ridiculous but that's another story.
