  3. Even organic veggies are often full of lead and other garbage from pollution especially broccoli and kale, which is a lot worse than pesticides. Every oil can oxidize so none of them are particularly health though if you get high grade olive oil from italy then it is pretty healthy. ALL bread is no better than eating sugar in fact it is worse in many ways. You can look skinny and be metabolically unfit, so dexascans looking at liver are important. You also need to have weekly exercise of at least an hour (just hiking is fine) to make sure you are metabolically healthy. Doing some fasting and making sure not to eat many meals a day is also important. She did have cancer but if she does some fasting and exercise regularly then she will probably be fine. No sugar, bread pasta, oils, only moderate to low carbs. Plus skip at least one day of food a week and a three day fast once a month plus an hour of moderate exercise a week. People in remote tribes do still get cancer it's just very rare but this should be enough to ensure it does not come back.

  8. Appropriate because Bruce Lee was a total fraud and lied about everything. Your body only knows if it has a deficit or not and how long, and the longer the deficit the more it slows down bmr. If you eat 500 calories a day you will become skeletal in a few months but then when you eat again you will become obese in no time. That is what happens to anorexics aside from the few who die. If you exercise 1500 calories a day while eating 2000 calories a day then your body also sees it's in a deficit (not knowing why) and the same thing happens. If you ate every other day your body does not slow down your BMR because it not in constant deficit so you lose fat and gain muscle instead. So you can diet to lose a few pounds at a time and hopefully lose and keep off 100 lbs in like 10 years or you can get it all off in one year and keep it off for good doing a fasting regimen. Knowing that, it is a pointless waste of time to diet the normal way when you could fast and get all the results with none of the problems.

  14. Fasting will help, so will eliminating carbs from the diet. If the cancer is full blown then it may not be enough.You could try butter fast if water fasting is too much. Any trial you take will be for medicine as dangerous as the cancer. Good luck, sorry there is not more to offer.

  18. Your blood vessels are the key. If they are narrowed then your immune system doesn't work and you also get heart disease and you can't properly repair the body. Guess what narrows them? Isulin. And everything that widens them like exercise prevents both cancer and heart disease. There is much more to it but that is the gist. If your blood vessels are healthy you are healthy.

  22. Anorexia is kind of the opposite of fasting, you are always hungry and never eat til you are full. If you have two really satisfying meals then you won't be hungry the rest of the time and you will have proper NUTRITION instead of eating ligh carb meals all day and that will make you healthier.

  25. It's insulin resistance. It's not getting fat that matters but ectopic fat. Ironically this cannot be caused by saturated fats like animal fats it is only caused by high carb diet. If your fat cells are overstuffed then the saturated fat goes right out your colon. When you eat these high carb diets especially lots of fructose then your triglycerides go crazy and this causes ectopic fat, that is fat in random cells like muscle or heart or skin (skin tags). This turns the cell senescent and is what ultimately leads to cancer because an overstuffed cell never triggers its dna repair mechanisms. So they are kind of right but the diets they propose are the biggest problem.

  26. Being skinny does not mean you are metabolically healthy. If you have bad mitochondrial dna you are more susceptible to cancer but it doesn't actually cause it. If you eat bread, sugar and vegetable oil and don't exercise like 99% of the population then you are a petri dish for cancer which will inevitably develop one day whether it is 1 year or 50 down the road.

  27. Also do red light/NIR therapy on the liver and body, you can buy the LEDs on amazon. This increases blood flow and this will help. I would not worry about the 'factors' cancer cells don't operate the same as normal cells they are always 'on'. Again, good luck.

  28. You will get only so much from 16:8 if you eat as you like but on the other hand if you eat too little for weeks or more your metabolism goes down. That is why I like alternate day fasting it is basically foolproof.

  29. Animal fats are pretty much inert in the body, and won't be stored at all unless your body wants them (has insulin in body). Otto Warburg got the nobel prize in the 30s for discovering it is a metabolic disease but you can't make money off healthy people from a healthy diet.

  30. Your a1c and liver fat are the best predictors of both heart disease and cancer. And most vegans do not do well on either one especially fruitarians who are the least healthy people on earth. If you ate just potatoes and beans you would be metabolically healthy but most eat processed garbage foods and tons of fancy exotic fruits.
