  2. Well how do you know? I have IQ in 150s and constantly people on the net say I have dunning-kreuger effect and they can't all be smarter than that. But some of them might well be, mightn't they? Personally I think Dunning Krueger is a total crock. I don't think there is some magic phenomenon that makes dumb people sure they are right, they are just too dumb to see why they are wrong which is an entirely different kettle of fish.
