  2. All he did was cause a bunch of deaths, that alone seldom leads to any punishment so I'm guessing nothing happens to him. Ironically if someone in US did it it would certainly be death penalty even with no casualties involved. If they did not end him on the spot. It's pretty funny to me to see this kind of discussion in that light. And no I'm not russian or bot, just not an idiot.
