  4. Because they want to eliminate alternatives not create new ones. They keep saying desktop is dead, meaning they want it dead. Same as x11 is dead when it will obviously be in use til the sun grinds to a halt.

  6. Yep that's exactly what they want. They don't want old software and games to exist. Also try OLT instead of TT. It is free and just a website.
