  1. At this point going out of business is the best thing that could happen. Then someone could clean up this mess and make a good browser out of it again. Until it goes the forks will have all the nonsense snuck back in with every release.

  2. Tracking data is just the same, they can deny all they want but that is the only reason to turn it on before you even view anything. Now they have your profile and you're tracked and identified and advertisers and governments know exactly who you are.
