  8. When your limitation is resources then making the best possible weapons makes perfect sense and I think things like the kettenkrab were actually very useful. But sometimes things are just crazy and this one is also heavy which means more wasted resources.

  11. Sniping was not quite the same back then. People think of it as sneaking around to hit a target at 1000 yards but they would call any rifleman attacking them from a concealed position a sniper even simo hayek who never used a scope.

  15.  @rebralhunter6069  Just a joke but actually socialism is sort of an ironic term (doublespeak) for what we call socialism today, and originally it would have a meaning very in line with franco or mussolini.Dumbocracy is totally corrupt and just lets a few rich people (nowadays all traitors) have their way. Switzerland has lately gotten hit with the commEUnism bug of fake socialism but could be considered a socialist paradise before then in most respects.

  20. It's comical to think many really believe you will damage the scope or poke your eye out by firing a rifle, especially from a trained marksman who is a fully grown man.

  22. I don't agree. The one time mud exposure does not mean much, the long term reliability means a lot more assuming you plan to live through more than one battle. And in this area while I don't really like the AK much it's going to do much better especially considering you can't send forwards in time for spare parts. I also don't think the mud is as huge of an issue as many make out, lots of wars have been fought in the mud and the best thing to do when in the mud is not get your weapon muddy in the first place! The AK would also be a lot better for trench warfare when you jump in the enemy's trench, which is kind of what it's designed for, to be able to mow people down like a SMG while still being able to function as a rifle while the AK can shoot people up close but is really not built to emphasize this ability.
