So, their point is that US, mainstream media is unfairly critical of China and that solution would be to have more journalists in China covering different aspects of this large and diverse country? That might work, but they forget that foreign media is strictly contained in the CCP’s China. A good example of a well-meaning, open minded journalist would be Peter Hessler. He had no agenda, no judgement but was still banned from the country because the CCP didn’t like what he said.
