  5. My favorite transportation adventure was to see how far I could go using public transit in 1 day. I made it all the way from Bothell, WA to Seaside, Oregon in 13 hours. I must have boarded 7 different busses with wait times of up to 3 hours.

  6. The problems with Vancouver are the following: It lacks the economic vitality of other west coast cities yet has a similar cost of living. The weather is beautiful 5 months out of the year but down right depressing the other 7.

  7. Chicago is supposedly a city in decline, but my goodness is it a beast. The skyline goes on forever and the suburbs are enormous.
