@er00ic Nah, I disagree. Getting rid of a non performing manager is not unheard of. I have seen it many times in my working life. If a company is willing to let a single manager destroy its business, then it is not a company that deserves to be in business.

@austenmoore7326 Well, if that locations total turnover were particularly high and it was adversely affecting the business, I would want to know the root cause and fix it.

@austenmoore7326 Understood. I have to understand that managers are human and have a lot on their plates. So, if they are "meeting their numbers" why bother taking a harder look at the data?

So many products are mass market oriented. The companies that sell them will go belly up with full AI. Even sports leagues like the NFL will go out of business.
