  1.  @SailorJo  "Bloody" is a "swear word" in the UK, but not in North America; that's the source of the confusion here. Many, if not most, North Americans are unaware of the understanding of that word across the water.

  3.  @ban_droid  Some of her language is considered 'swearing' in the UK - specifically, 'bloody' and, even worse, 'bloody hell'. I once saw an English restaurant manager refuse to serve a man because he had said, 'Bloody hell!'
