@throckmortensnivel2850 We either have free speech or we don't. This is a simple binary decision. The professed wronged party is free to sue the offender for libel or slander, whatever the case may be. There is no need for any third party to get involved in such dispute and throw its weight around. Agreed that calling someone a Nazi Butcher is an insult to Germans, who are among the finest doctors, scientists, and engineers.

@throckmortensnivel2850 I was inclined to go along with your reasoning until you mentioned Dr Josef Mengele, whom you never met. If you are looking for examples why not pick current ones, such as medical examiners whose testimony sent innocent people to prison?

@throckmortensnivel2850 You know all this how??? Because someone wrote sick propaganda tales composed by his sick mind? Where is the authenticated verifiable forensic evidence??? Some of the patients of Dr Mengele reported that he was a very good and caring doctor. Of course the ones that said good things of the doctor did not expect or receive compensation. The ones that wrote horrid tales expected and received "reparations" ie blackmail money. Go figure.

Dr Peterson has done a great disservice with this video because of his concentration on lies propagated in the so-called dictatorial countries. WHY? In most dictatorial countries the population is quite aware that they are being lied to, and discount everything forthcoming from officialdom. In the so-called democratic countries the population expects honesty from its "betters" ie government, and is loath to believe that everything they are told is nothing but lies. Thus official lies in so-called democracies are much more harmful because the citizenry is more inclined to believe them. The biggest lie of modern times is the blatant lie that carbon dioxide, CO2, is harmful to the environment. Just talk to any green house operator about this, because in these grow-ops the CO2 content is raised to 800 - 900 ppm because plant life thrives on this! (The stuff you are breathing now contains about 400 ppm CO2). Even Churchill chimed in on official lies when he commented on the propaganda in the German media during WWII; he wrote that the untruths in the German media were much less than in the "free" democratic countries.
