  4. I own a 1993 FD, all stock except for a free flow stainless steel exhaust system. The down pipe is carbon steel and insulated. It has been garaged since 2012 because it failed emissions testing at idle speed only. Compression tested at about 100 psi on each of the 6 combustion chamber. Then life changes intervened... Car is red and has almost 180,000 Km on it. I bought it used when it was 5 years old, with 70,000 Km on it. Paint is OK, but clear coat has flaked off in spots on driver's side. Tires are Bridgeport Pole Position and cost $1600 at the time. These were absolutely fantastic on this car. Willing to entertain reasonable offers. Car is located in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.

  5. Good point! I simply cut the fuel lines and placed the new fuel filter in a more accessible location, abandoning the old filter.

  7. RX7 is bigger inside. I tried the Miata and my head hit the roof. I'm 6' and fine in my RX7. You need to try it to be sure. Also, I believe it is possible to lower the seat rails.
