Further, it was German scientists and engineers that got the USSR and the USA off the ground into the space race.

  26. The submarine depicted in Das Boot did return to Germany. Furthermore, its captain survived even though he was shown getting killed on the dock by an air strike. It warmed the cockles of my heart when I found out, after many years, of the captain's survival.

  36.  @jackharrison6771  Have you read a copy of that Zimmermann message? It asked Mexico to start a war with the USA if and when the USA declared war on Germany. Ie. no USA declaration of war on Germany, no Mexican war on the USA.

  37. NO!!! France invaded Germany 3X between 1918 and 1939. When France formally declare war on Germany in 1939 the German armed forces defeated the French in a very short time.
