  3. The German court proved absolutely nothing! How so? Because in Germany it is not permitted to question the veracity of any holocaust allegations, which are known as Offenkunding. This means that the court has accepted hearsay and lies as "proof"! No forensic or other scientific evidence that would prove the impossibility of the allegations, is permitted. Insisting on such a defence will get your lawyer imprisoned, as happened to lawyer Silvia Stolz! Consequently the only defence possible is of the "Yes But" variety. That is, agree with what happened, but assert that you had nothing to do with that occurrence. Since there was documentary proof that the accused was employed at the camp, he could not claim that "he had nothing to do with it". With this kind of "legal" philosophy, one can convict a door knob polisher of having murdered however many the state deems appropriate. This type of justice is exactly the same as the Soviet show trials in Moscow in the 1950. Shame!
