@fjellyo3261 Fact is the Kaiser did his damnedest to get the Russians to stop mobilization. Germany was the last country to mobilize. Note that at that time, mobilization of one's armed forces was akin to a declaration of war.

@programking655 Feel free to correct me. Thanks. I'll give you a hint: Britain and France declared war on Germany in 1939, with France invading twice between 1918 and 1939. "Judea Declares War on Germany" shouted international newspaper headlines in 1933. In 1941 the Soviet Union was poised to invade Europe. Germany simply struck preemptively, 1 month earlier. After the WW I cease fire, a large portion of eastern Germany war arbitrarily "given" to Poland. Germany marched in to regain its territory. If you ask politely I can cite my references for the foregoing assertions. Have a good day!
