  4. Who here knows that, in the Spanish civil war, the Brits and Yanks fought FOR the communists??? That included Hemingway. In high school English were reviewed one of Hemingway's scribbles. I said to the teacher that if we, the student, wrote like that he'd fail us. Teacher did not deny this.
