  2.  @hackerman7835  - I've had my muscle composition tested. I've only gained muscle mass not lost any. Stem cells, human growth hormones and testosterone production increases during extended fasting.

  3.  Gizmo Allwin  - I haven't decided yet, I'm on day 34 of the fast, feeling great and will continue until I get to my target weight and body fat percentage. This current nwo bio weapon pandemic agenda is making it harder to get fresh produce so if I break my fast before the panic buying breaks, I won't have a choice but to eat the meat I got stocked in my chest freezer.
