I work for my state. I work as a custodian at a state run college. My “area” of responsibility is the Administration building. I would guess at the population of workers to be at least 75% female and 25% Male in this one building. Most of the High positions are female. The president and the provost are both female. There are a few offices that are fully female. There are no fully male offices and as I think about it theirs only one office that has more than 1 male working in it. Everything runs smoothly. No issues in all the time I have worked there.

Women should be able to be shirtless. Yea at first their would be some looking but overtime once its normal their will be less staring

@cryptozoomauler5505 Well no. I worked many retail jobs and a lot of them were mainly female and everybody got along. Im my experience it makes no difference
